我院大学生体内钙铁锌的检测与分析

Determination and Analysis of the Content of Calcium,Iron and Zinc in our College Student

了解我校药学院大学生体内钙、铁、锌的含量。采用医学全科检测仪测定钙、铁、锌的含量,并对试验结果进行统计分析。在受试的80名大学生中,钙缺乏占16.2%、铁缺乏占8.8%、锌缺乏占8.8%。3种元素的缺乏在性别及年级之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。大学生钙铁锌的缺乏易被忽视,应强调饮食均衡。

To investigate the content of the Calcium, Iron, Zinc in college student in our university. GP tester was adopted to detect the content of Calcium, Iron and Zinc in 80 undergraduate. The result was statistically ana- lyzed. The deficiency of Calcium, Iron and Zinc was 16.2%, 8.8% and 8.8% , respectively. No significant differ- ence was found in gender and grade. The deficiency of Calcium, Iron and Zinc was easily neglected in college student. Therefore, the reasonable supplement of Calcium, Iron and Zinc should be strengthened.
