摘要
区域公共教育服务信息化建设具有开放性、供给结构失衡以及存在非线性作用等特点,符合协同学理论应用条件,能够应用协同学理论提供可操作性指导。进行区域公共教育服务信息化的协同建设,应构建建设者、管理者和使用者之间协同建设的理想蓝图,同时结合实际协同中可能出现问题,提出明确且细化的总体目标,制定高效沟通计划,同时政府还要进行适度干预。
The construction of regional public education service informationization has such characteristics as openness, structural imbalance and nonlinear interaction, which meets the requirements of synergetic theory, so it can be guided by the synergetic theory. In constructing the regional public education service informationization, it is necessary to build an ideal blueprint of builders, managers and users working collaboratively. Meanwhile, we should also set a definite and detailed general goal, make an effective communication plan and involve the government intervention based on the problems that may occur in the actual collaborative work.
