Dialogue: An effective Way of Enhancing the Effectiveness of Moral Education

当代社会迅猛发展,价值多元化已经成为世界发展不可逆转的趋势,也必然成为道德教育的重要背景之一。同时,道德教育的方式和途径也历经人类社会的发展而不断变迁,纵观其走向,大致经历了道德对话盛行—道德独语蔓延—道德对话诉求的过程。道德教育对话是一种平等意义上的对话,是开放的交流,道德教育对话的目标是道德自觉。实施道德教育对话应关注以下几个方面:仔细地寻找对话点及对话源;创设良好的对话环境;拓宽受教育者的对话渠道和发声机会;提升教育者道德引领水准和对话技巧。

With the rapid development of modern society, diversification of values has become an irreversible trend of world development, and will be bound to become one of the important backgrounds of moral education. Ways and channel of moral education have been changing along with the development of human society, roughly undergoing such stages as the prevalence of moral dialogue, the spread of moral monologue and the appeal for moral dialogue. Moral education dialogue based on equality is a kind of open exchange. Besides, the objective of moral education dialogue is moral self-consciousness. To conduct moral education well, it is necessary to seek for the dialogue points and dialogue sources, to create a good environment of dialogue, to expand the channels of educatees making dialogues and voicing their ideas, and to improve the educators＇ ability of guidance and the skill of making dialogues.
