摘要
对于 J50 7GR焊条 ,研究了在保证其拥有优良焊接工艺性能的基础上进一步提高冲击韧性的问题 .用正交设计的方法优选出焊条药皮的最佳配比 ,获取优良的焊接工艺性能 .控制熔敷金属合金元素的匹配 ,加入适量的 Ni和微量的 Ti,成功地研制出具有高韧性的低氢钠型焊条 J50 7GR.
For the J507GR electrode,how to improve the impact toughness had been studied on the basis of fine performance of welding technology.Choosing the best prescription of the electrode covering,by using crossed design method,it obtains good performance of welding technology.By controlling the mate of alloy elements in dropped metal,adding proper Nickel and trace Titanium,the high toughness covered electrode(J507GR)had been developed with success.
