摘要 提出的根部反扭、顶部正扭、再复合以正倾斜所构成的斜扭静叶是用全三元、气动变分有限元方法设计的新一代静叶 ,其气动性能可以与马刀型弯扭静叶相媲美 ,而它的工艺性却比马刀型叶片优越 。 The article proposes that the leaned and twisted stators of reverse twist in base and forward twist in tip plus forward lean is a stator of new generation by using full 3D,aerodynamic variation finite element design method.It is rival of bow type twisted stators in aerodynamic performance,and its manufacturability is more superior than that of bow type stators. It is of great significance for the improvement of large capacity turbine thermal performance and level of technology.
