饲用鸡源芽孢杆菌的鉴定及环境耐受性研究

摘要 为开发饲用芽孢杆菌用于鸡的生产,从放养的淮南麻黄鸡盲肠内分离了2个菌株,用酵母浸出粉胨葡萄糖培养基分离并纯化,采用常规生化试验、16 S rDNA鉴定为芽孢杆菌。模拟胃肠道内环境研究其耐盐、耐人工胃液和耐胆盐能力显示,这2株芽孢杆菌具有较好的耐盐、耐人工胃液和胆盐能力,可耐过机体胃肠道内环境。耐热性研究表明,这2株芽孢杆菌均能在85℃条件下生长。结果表明所分离的芽孢杆菌可以在肠道内生存,具有耐热性,有利于工业化生产。 To exploit the Bacillus for chicken feed additive,two bacteria were isolated from cecum of Huainan partridge chicken raised in free range and cultured with yeast extract peptone dextrose medium, which were identified as Bacillus according to bio-chemieal methods and 16 S rDNA gene amplification. The bio-ehemieal characteristics of bacteria were made sure with acid tolerance,bile salt tolerance,man-made gastric and intestinal juice tolerance. Those two strains of Bacillus could endure the high pressure of sodium chloride, acid and bile salt in simulated stomach and intestinal condition. The hot endurance test showed that two strains of Bacillus could grow in the condition of 85 ℃. The results suggested that the two strains of Bacillus could survive in intestine and had heat tolerance,which was fit for industrial produce.
