摘要
当下社会转型期"具体个人"意识凸显,传统的教育模式面临着从教育理念到课程结构,从教学内容、实施方法手段到管理机制等各方面的变革,要求学校实现全面的转型。学校转型涉及学校的方方面面,需要探索实现的路径。从教育实践的视角,以每位学生的自我成长为价值选择,以提供可供学生选择的课程为起点,实施选课走班;随着课程体系的深入实施,带动学校管理制度实现从管理到领导的转型,并最终实现每位教师的转型。学校转型是一个长期、缓慢的过程,需要分阶段进行,其间的每一步实施都需要策略和方法。
The consciousness of "individuals" is highlighted in the current period of social transformation. The traditional education model is faced with reform in many aspects -- educational concept, curriculum structure, teaching content, teaching methods and management system and so on, all of which request that complete transformation should be carried out across schools. School transformation involves all aspects of school life, and we need to explore possible paths leading to its realization. From the perspective of educational practice, the students will not be having classes in one fixed classroom according to their own choices for development and the optional courses offered by school. The in-depth implementation of the new optional-course system drives the school's management transformation from administrating to leading, and finally the role of each teacher will be changed. School transformation will take a long time to be realized in steps, in which strategies and methods are required.
