在当前我国全面推行"减负"的背景下,深切呼唤合法、有度、优质的有效作业。设计有效作业是切实减轻学生课业负担的落脚点,其主要策略有:力避重复性作业,设计典型性作业,抑制"题海战术";力避单一性作业,设计层次性作业,尊重个体差异;力避机械性作业,设计趣味性作业,体验生活情趣;力避封闭性作业,设计开放性作业,激发探究欲望。通过优化设计,使作业成为激发学生学习兴趣、促进学生进步与发展的原动力和助推力。

In the present background of full implementation of ＂burden reduction＂ in China, the pursuit of designing legal, moderate and high-quality effective homework is an urgent requirement. Designing effective homework is the stay point to reduce students＇ schoolwork burden. Educators should try to design typical homework to inhibit the workbook instead of repetitive work, multi-layered homework to respect for individual differences instead of simple work, interesting homework to experience the spice of life instead of inflexible work, and open homework to stimulate the desire of exploration instead of closed work. Through optimizing design, make the operation become the original power and thrust of stimulating students＇ interest in learning and promoting their progress and development.
