In the new historical stage the deepening of reform is facing new demands, the crux of the problem is to cor- rectly understand and utilize the power of capital. The double logic ofcapital determines that the capital is not only an important driving force for the expansion of socialwealth, but also a source of a series of social crisis and development plight. The capital logic of wealth expansion opened a new era for the production of human wealth, and formed the great driving foree in promoting the development of history; while the capital logic of value proliferation in turn determines the intrinsic antagonism of capitalist mode of production, forming a series of paradoxes affecting sustainable development, such as the paradox of economic develop- ment, eco-development paradox theory, the paradox of human development, the paradox of freedom, fairness and efficiency, as well as organizational paradox. The key to achieve scientific. development is to correctly use, guide and control the power of capital, so as to ensure the lasting power of development and maintain the right direction, and to achieve the dialectical unity and mutual promotion of both.
