完善体现科学发展观要求的考核评价体系——学习十八届三中全会《决定》的体会

Improving the Evaluation System of Reflecting Requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development——Experience after learning the Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC

党的十八届三中全会通过的《决定》指出,"完善发展成果考核评价体系",实则否定了GDP论英雄的考核标准,目的是要全面贯彻落实科学发展观,确保全面深化改革目标完成。为此,应构建完善的学习保障机制、政绩考核机制、评价检验机制和奖励惩处机制。

The decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC pointed out the purpose of improving achievement evaluation system is to carry out scientific outlook on development and ensure the fulfillment of deepening reforms,essentially denying the evaluation of GDP standards. Therefore,we should build sound mechanisms of studying support,performance evaluation,evaluation and examination,reward and punishment.
