摘要 介绍乌拉山电厂WGZ410/100-12型锅炉采用分级燃烧技术降低NOX排放的技术改造方案,并通过性能考核试验和燃烧调整试验结果,分析了燃尽风份额、二次风沿炉膛断面分布、锅炉负荷、三次风投停等因素对炉内NOX生成量的影响。 This paper introduces technical renovation scheme for reduction of NOX emission by staged combustion technology in Wulashan Power Plant WGZ410/100-12 boiler. Through performance test and combustion adjustment test results, the authors also analyzed affect of factors such as overfire air ratio, secondary air distribution along furnace section, boiler load and tertiary air startup and shutdown on NOX formation in furnace.
