两种不同手术方法在鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中的应用效果观察

Application effect of two different operation methods on sinusitis with nasal polyps

目的探讨鼻内镜下手术和传统手术治疗鼻窦炎伴发鼻息肉的临床效果。方法选择60例鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者，将其分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组患者在鼻内镜下手术，对照组采用传统手术治疗。治疗后评定两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗后临床效果评定为：治愈、好转、无效分别为22、7、1例，其治愈率为73．3％，总有效率为96．7％。对照组治疗后临床效果评定为：治愈、好转、无效分别为14、8、8例，其治愈率为46．7％，总有效率为73．3％。两纽治愈率及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻窦炎伴发鼻息肉治疗效果显著，治愈率高，优于传统手术治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic operation and traditional operation on sinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods Sixty cases of sinusitis with nasal polyps were select-ed, and divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Endoscopic operation was used in the observa- tion group, and the patients in control groupwere given the traditional operation therapy. The curative effects were evaluated in the two groups after treatment. Results The cli^rri^a~ ~ffect evaluation in the observation group after treatment： cure, im- provement, invalid were 22 cases, 7 cases and 1 case, the cure rate was 73.3%, the total effective rate was 96.7%. The clinical effect evaluation in the control group after treatment： the cure, improvement, invalid were 14 cases, 8 cases and 8 cases, the cure rate was 46. 7%, the total effective rate was 73.3%. There were significant differences in the cure rate and the total effective rate between the two groups. Conclusions Endoscopic operation in the treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps has high cure rate, and is superior to the traditional operation therapy.
