全膝关节置换术术后髌骨轨迹异常影响-因素研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)能够有效的恢复膝关节生理力线、解除膝关节疼痛、恢复膝关节正常的功能,是治疗终末期膝骨性关节炎及类风湿膝关节炎的有效方法。有研究证明大量的翻修术是由髌股关节轨迹不良引起的。正常的髌骨轨迹是膝关节置换术后获得良好功能的关键,正常髌骨轨迹的维持需要静态和动态两种因素,静态因素包括髌骨位置、股骨假体力线、滑车沟友好程度、软组织平衡等;动态因素为股四头肌在膝关节屈伸过程中提供合力的大小和方向。
