Research on retaliatory antidumping and the absence of China's retaliatory threat

中国已成为全球被反倾销起诉次数最多的国家之一,严重制约了我国某些产业对外出口的健康发展,报复性反倾销对减少被反倾销起诉具有积极作用。基于全球反倾销数据,对世界主要贸易国之间的反倾销行为进行对比分析,探讨报复性威胁机制在抑制反倾销肯定性裁决上的作用。结合中印贸易间的反倾销数据,对报复性威胁机制的缺位和对策进一步分析探讨。

China has been one of the countries who have been charged antidumping duty mostly in the world,which has seriously restricted the stable export development of certain industries in our country.Retaliatory antidumping has a positive effect on reducing antidumping decisions.By analyzing antidumping data between trading countries according to the Global Antidumping Database （GAD）, the dampening effect of retaliation threat on antidumping decision is discussed.The absence of China＇ s retaliatory antidumping and the countermeasures are explored based on the trading GAD data between China and India.
