摘要
文章结合档案管理工作和公司档案管理实际,分析了档案的利用特性,提出企业档案信息化势在必行,并从几个方面进行了阐述。
Combined with the actual file management and enterprise archives management,this paper analyses the utilization characteristics of archives,puts forward that the informatization of enterprises＇ archives is imperative and expounds from several aspects.
