摘要
文章通过对企业文化及企业内刊的深度剖析,明确企业内刊在企业文化建设中所起到的关键作用及所扮演的角色,并进一步阐述如何从内刊定位、编辑培养、战略发展三个方面努力办好企业内刊。
To get further insight into the relationship of the enterprise cuhure and its journal,the key roles played by the enterprise journal in the construction of enterprise culture are discussed in this paper.Journal editor training, positioning, development strategy should be improved to run the enterprise journal well.
