摘要
近年来左室辅助装置发展迅速,在终末期心力衰竭患者心脏移植前得到越来越多的应用,现简单介绍其发展进程,就其临床获益及获益机制方面的相关研究做一综述,并简要列出该装置的适用人群,展望其未来的发展。
Left ventricular assist devices have developed rapidly in recent years. Its use as a bridge to transplant in end-stage heart failure patients is increasing. This review introduces the development process, mechanism, its clinical benefit, and examines the future development of the device.
