心脏再同步化治疗效果预测指标的价值分析

Analysis of Predictive Factors for a Positive Response to Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy

心脏再同步化治疗能够减轻心力衰竭症状，增加每搏量，改善心脏功能，纠正心脏机械失同步，逆转左室重构并有抗心律失常作用。按照目前的选择标准仍有30％～40％的患者不能从心脏再同步化治疗中获益。为了防止心脏再同步化治疗无反应，提高心脏再同步化治疗效果，寻找能有效预测心脏再同步化治疗疗效的最佳预测指标音义重大。现对评价心脏再同步化治疗疗效的预测指标进行综述分析。

Cardiac resynchronization therapy （CRT） can decrease the symptoms of heart failure, improve stroke volume and heart function, correct cardiac mechanical dyssynchronization, and reverse left ventricular remodeling. However, in the clinical setting, despite current patient selection criteria, 30% -40% of patients do not benefit from CRT. In order to prevent non-response and improve the treat- ment efficiency of CRT, it is important to investigate the optimal predictive factors for the selection of heart failure patients to recevie CRT. This review assesses effective predictive factors for a positive response to CRT.
