摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征是目前严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一,平均血小板体积作为血小板功能和活性标志物,对急性冠状动脉综合征的预测具有一定临床意义,现就其研究现状做一综述。 Acute coronary syndrome （ACS） is a serious threat to human health. Mean platelet volume is a biomarker of platelet func- tion and activity. It has clinical significance for predicting ACS. This article reviews current research of mean platelet volume as a marker for ACS.
