The Energy-Saving and Heat-Supply Optimization of Anyang Iron & Steel Co.

对安钢高炉煤气放散、锅炉供热以及热负荷分配现状进行了全面分析 ,并介绍了 3#、4 #锅炉纯燃煤气的改造经验和 7 5t/h锅炉实现热电联产的情况 ,最后提出了今后节能和供热工作的努力方向。

Firstly,a comprehensive analysis is made in view of the current situation about following aspects:the discharge of the blast furnace gas,the heat-supply of boilers and distribution of thermal load.An introduction is made about the two aspects:the experience on the transformation to burn coal gas only of the NO.3. and NO.4 boiler、the situation about heat-electricity cogeneration of the 75t/h boiler,lastly,a direction is pointed out on the work of energy-saving and heat-supply for the future.
