摘要 介绍一种基于高温低氧空气燃烧的低热值燃料气化炉,其主要部件为高温空气发生器、气化器、余热锅炉和湿式气体净化装置。在高温空气/蒸汽和低空气过剩系数条件下,气化器内发生高温空气气化主反应和高温蒸汽重整副反应。该炉具有气化效率高、燃气热值较高、燃料适应面宽、污染少、灰渣易处理等特点。其关键技术为高效节能的蓄热体开发。 A new low-BTU-fuel gasifier based on high-temperature air combustion is proposed.it is made up of high-temperature air generator,gasifier,heat recovery boiler,and wet type gas cleaning equipment.It gasified with high-temperature air/steam and low excess air ratio.High-temperature air gasification and high temperature steam reforming reaction take place inside the gasifier.It takes advantages such as high-efficiency,syngas with a high-calorific value,less plllution,removable ash components and unlimited type of fuels.The key technology is how to develop highly effective regenerator.
