Improvement and Application of Field Watering Method for Power Sprayer

目的:探讨野战条件下卫生防疫车车载动力喷雾机加水方式的改进,改变野战条件下加水不便的现状。方法:通过在增压泵进水管增加支路和控制阀的方法改进管路,即操作时关闭通向药液箱的支路,另一支路进水口放入外界水体中,启动机器,依靠增压泵的负压作用将水吸入并从回流管加入药液箱。结果:改变了卫生防疫车靠盆端、桶提或依靠自来水管加水的现状,正常情况下可以加入比停车路面垂直低5 m以内的沟、河、塘水,甚至是水坑水,达到了只要有水随处可加的目的。结论:管路改进操作方法简单,配件容易获得,价格低廉,经过改进能够提高卫生防疫车的野战作业能力。

Objective To investigate the method for improving the watering way of the power sprayer in epidemic prevention vehicle under field conditions. Methods A branch and a control valve pipe were added at the booster pump inlet tube to improve the pipeline system. The branch to the liquid medicine box was closed in case of operation, and the other branch water inlet was put into the outside water. Then the booster pump could suck water from the reflux pipe and add it to liquid medicine box relying on the action of the negative pressure. ~ The improved pipeline system eliminated the need to add water with the basin, bucket or water pipe, and water source could be a ditch, river or pond lower than the ground by not more than 5 meters. Ctmcluaiaa The improvement is simple and effective, the fittings are cheap and common, and the ability of epidemic prevention vehicle under field conditions is enhanced greatly.
