摘要
目的:探讨颈椎病X线诊断对指导整合手法治疗各型颈椎病疗效的价值。方法:搜集2011年1月至2012年6月在门诊部因颈部不适进行整合手法治疗的患者1 690例,对其中的845例行DR颈椎普通X线摄影检查,另外845例未进行普通X线摄影检查,对2组的疗效进行对照分析。结果:行DR颈椎普通X线摄影组的疗效好于未行颈椎普通X线摄影组,总有效率提高5.1%。结论:根据患者的症状及体征进行适当体位的颈椎普通X线摄影检查,对整合手法治疗颈椎病有提高疗效的作用,具有一定的推广价值。
Objootive To explore X-ray photography for guiding integrated manipulation to treat types of cervical spondylosis. Mothocls Totally 1 690 patients undergoing integrated manipulation were collected from January 2011 to June 2012, and then e- qually divided into two groups with or without DR examination. The efficacies in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The patients undergoing DR examination had the efficacy higher than that of the remained by 5.1%. Conclusion X-ray photography based on symptoms and signs can increase the efficacy of integrated manipulation for cervical spondylosis, and thus is worth popularizing practically.
