Resource Allocation Based on Large Medical Equipment Benefit Analysis in Some Hospital

以某医院近3 a购置的大型医疗设备为例,采用投资回收期法和本量利分析法进行效益分析,为医院优化设备资源配置、避免盲目引进设备和提高设备资源使用率提供决策依据,最后结合医院实际,提出了优化设备资源配置的几点建议。

Benefit analysis is performed with payback method and investment ＆ profit analysis, with the large medical equip- ment of some hospital purchased in the past years as the examples. References are provided for allocation and enhanced utiliza- tion rate of hospital resources. Some suggestions are put forward to promote resources allocation.
