小麦种子磷高中低组间早期幼苗磷含量差异 被引量:1

Difference in Phosphorus Content of Early Wheat Seedlings Among High, Middle,and Low Seed P Groups

摘要 种子磷是早期幼苗生长发育的重要来源.本研究选用27个小麦品种,探讨不同品种种子磷含量差异以及种子磷对早期幼苗根和茎叶磷含量的影响.结果表明,供试品种种子磷含量分布于1 676~2 865 mg/kg之间,平均磷含量为2 293 mg/kg.根据种子磷含量将不同小麦品种分为高磷组、中磷组和低磷组.高磷组幼苗根和茎叶磷含量高于中磷组和低磷组,中磷组高于低磷组.高磷组发芽种子中可溶性磷含量和磷酸酶活性高于中磷组和低磷组,中磷组略高于低磷组.相关分析显示,种子磷含量与根和茎叶磷含量呈正相关.可见种子磷含量高的小麦品种对提高幼苗根和茎叶磷含量具有重要作用. Seed P is an important source of phosphorus for growth and development of early seedlings.In this study,27 wheat cultivars were randomly chosen to explore the differences in P content of seeds among different cultivars and the effects caused by seed P on P content of the roots and shoots of wheat seedlings.The results showed that considerable differences in seed P existed among cultivar,P content ranged from 1 676 to 2 865 mg/kg,the average P content was 2 293 mg/kg.Different wheat cultivars were grouped into high-,middle-,and low-P group by P content in seed.P content was higher in shoots and roots of seedlings than that of middle-,or low-P group,middle-P group was higher than in low-P group.Inorganic P content and phosphatase activity in germinating seeds of high-P group were higher than those in middle-,or low-P group,middle-P group was slightly higher than in low-P group.Correlation analysis revealed that seed P content was positively correlated with phosphorus content in root and shoot.Obviously,wheat varieties with high phosphorus content in seed play crucial roles in improving the phosphorus content in roots and shoots of seedling.
