养血清脑颗粒改善帕金森病患者日间过度嗜睡状态的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect of Cerebralcare Granule for daytime hypersomnolenceof Parkinson's sufferers

目的探讨养血清脑颗粒(Cerebralcare Granule,CG)对帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)日间过度嗜睡状态的疗效观察。方法 90例存在日间过度嗜睡状态的PD患者随机分为治疗组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),分别于治疗前、治疗后4 w、8 w、12 w,评价患者日间嗜睡状态的变化。结果治疗后CG组的日间嗜睡状态明显改善,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组无明显改善。结论 CG能够改善PD患者的日间过度嗜睡状态。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cerebralcare Granule （CG） for daytime hypersomnolence of Parkinson＇ s disease （PD）. Methods Randomly assign 90 Parkinson＇ s sufferers with daytime hypersomnolence to one of two groups ： one experimental （ n = 45 ） and control （ n = 45 ） and evaluate the changes of hypersomnolenee before treatment and four,eight,twelve weeks after treatment,respectively. Results The daytime hypersomnolence in experimental group was improved significantly and result was statistically significantcomparing with before treatment; there is no significant im- provement in control group. Conclusions The CG can improve the state of daytime hypersomnolence for PD.
