骨髓间充质干细胞治疗缺血性脑卒中研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 缺血性脑卒中是由于各种原因所致的脑部血液供应障碍,导致脑组织缺血、缺氧性坏死,出现的相应神经功能缺损。神经元的可塑性和神经环路的重建在某种程度上可促进其功能的恢复,但大多数患者仍会遗留持续性的运动、感觉和认知功能上的障碍。
