术前健康教育对无痛人工流产术患者麻醉效果及满意度意义分析

Analysis on the effect of preoperative health education on anesthetic effect of patients during induced abortion and the degree of satisfaction

目的:探讨术前健康教育对无痛人工流产术患者的麻醉效果及满意度。方法:将256例拟行无痛人工流产术的早孕妇女随机分为两组,均给予丙泊酚静脉注射麻醉及术前常规指导,观察组在此基础上行术前健康教育,比较两组的麻醉效果及满意度。结果:观察组一次性达到良好麻醉状态96.09%,对照组87.50%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组非常满意57.03%,满意22.66%,一般17.97%,不满意2.34%;对照组非常满意43.75%,满意29.69%,一般21.09%,不满意5.47%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率11.72%,对照组22.66%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前健康教育可有效增强麻醉效果,缓解术前焦虑以及提高患者满意度。

Objective ： To explore the effect of preoperative health education on anesthetic effect of patients during induced abortion and the degree of satisfaction. Methods ： A total of 256 early pregnant women who were scheduled for painless induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups, the women in the two groups were treated with intravenous propofol anesthesia and routine guidance before surgery, the women in observation group were also given preoperative health education; the anesthetic effects and degrees of satisfaction in the two groups were comparedResults： The rates of achieving a good disposable anesthesia in observation group and control group were 96. 09% and 87. 50%, respectively, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The rates of very satisfaction, satisfaction, general satisfaction, and dissatisfaction in observation group were 57. 03%, 22. 66% , 17. 97%, and 2. 34%, respectively, while the rates in control group were 43.75% , 29. 69%, 21.09%, and 5.47%, respectively. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the incidence rates of adverse reactions in observation group and control group were 11.72% and 22. 66% , respectively, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Preoperative health education can effectively enhance the anesthetic effect, relieve preoperative anxiety, and improve the degree of satisfaction.
