血清GnSAF水平与多囊卵巢综合征的相关性研究 被引量:3

Study on the correlation between serum GnSAF level and polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的:检测多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清GnSAF水平,探讨其在PCOS发病的意义。方法 :选取61名PCOS患者及64名对照者,计算体重指数(BMI)及腰臀比(WHR),采用电化学发光法测定生殖性激素,包括卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T),采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清GnSAF水平。结果:两组间年龄及WHR均无统计学意义;BMI比较差异有统计学意义;PCOS组GnSAF血清浓度高于对照组,但差异没有统计学意义;除E2与GnSAF呈负相关,有统计学意义外,其余各指标与GnSAF均无相关性。结论:PCOS患者血清GnSAF水平升高,可能与PCOS发病、卵泡发育障碍有关。 Objective: To detect the serum level of gonadotrophin surge attenuating factor (GnSAF) in patients with polycystic o- vary syndrome ( PCOS ) , explore its significance in occurrence of PCOS. Methods: Sixty - one PCOS patients were selected as PCOS group, 64 normal women were selected as control group; body mass index (BMI) and waist hip ratio (WHR) were calculated; electrochemiluminescence was used to detect levels of sexual hormones, including follicle - stimulating hormone (FSH) , luteinizing hormone ( LH ), estradiol, prolaetin (PRL), testosterone (T) ; ELISA was used to detect, serum level of GnSAF. Results: There was no Statistically significant difference in age and WHR between the two groups; there was statistically significant difference in BMI between the two groups; the serum level of GnSAF in PCOS group was higher than that in control group, but there was no statistically significant difference ; there was a negative correlation between estradiol and GnSAF, while there was no correlation between GnSAF and the other indexes. Conclusion: The increase of serum GnSAF level in PCOS patients is correlated with occurrence of PCOS and follicular developmental disorder.
