抚养行为对6～12个月婴儿睡眠影响的研究

Study on the effect of raising behavior on sleep of 6-12-month infants

目的：通过对6～12个月婴儿父母在喂养及入睡方式上的抚养行为研究，探讨抚养行为对睡眠的影响，为婴儿建立良好的睡眠模式提出干预措施。方法：采取分层随机整群抽样方法，从深圳市各区随机抽取5家社区健康服务中心500名婴儿父母进行睡眠问卷调查。结果：①36～12个月龄婴儿单独入睡困难检出率为27．6％，夜间过度喂食的检出率为12．8％，夜惊的检出率为7．4％；②不同的喂养方式使婴儿在单独入睡困难、夜间过度喂食、夜惊的检出率存在差异；③在不同的入睡方式中，喂奶入睡、睡前拍抱、同床陪伴容易出现睡眠问题。结论：加强对父母科学喂养及睡眠知识的健康教育，消除父母的焦虑，并与父母共同制定睡眠计划是帮助婴儿建立正常睡眠模式的关键。

Objective： To explore the effect of raising behavior on sleep of 6 -12 -month infants and put forward interventional measures for the infants to establish good sleep patterns by researching the parental behavior of feeding and falling asleep to the 6 - 12 - month infants. Methods： A total of 500 parents were selected from 5 community health service centers in different districts of Shenzhen city by stratified random Cluster sampling method, and a questionnaire survey about sleep was performed. Results： The detection rate of 6 -12 - month infants with difficulty in falling asleep alone was 27.6%. The detection rate of over feeding at night was 12.8% , and the detection rate of night terror was 7.4% ; there were statistically significant differences in the detection rates of difficulty in failing asleep alone, over feeding at night, and night terror among the infants fed with different patterns; falling asleep with feeding, holding with patting, and accom- panying in bed were prone to have sleep problems among different sleep patterns. Conclusion： Strengthening health education about scientific feeding and sleep knowledge among parents, eliminating the anxiety of parents, developing sleep schedule together with parents are the key points to help the infants to establish normal sleep patterns.
