DNA聚合酶Ⅰ的发现与意义

摘要 DNA聚合酶Ⅰ是在DNA双螺旋结构模型提出后被发现的,阿瑟·科恩伯格在研究过程中起到至关重要的作用。在其研究成果的推动下,大肠杆菌DNA聚合酶Ⅰ得到进一步揭示,并催生了PCR技术的问世,同时也促进了其他DNA聚合酶的发现。
