摘要
掌握学科在全球所处的位置,是建设世界一流学科的重要前提。本文对2000-2012年C9高校和日本、英国、美国研究型大学群体的学科论文的产出规模、被引比重、活跃指数和相对影响力等指标进行比较分析,结果表明:近十年来C9高校日益重视学科的质量建设,论文的增速明显放缓,而被引比重和影响力指数上升明显,已有7个学科的论文活跃指数和10个学科的论文相对影响力指数超过世界平均值,主要集中在工科和理科,呈现出对世界一流学科的追赶态势。C9高校学科整体实力接近日本的11所研究型大学(JRU)群体,但与英国罗素教育集团(RG)、美国大学联盟(AAU)等世界名校还有明显的差距,为此提出了相关建议。
This article comparative analyzes the papers output of disciplines among "C9" in China and the research universities from Japan, England and America during the period 2000 to 2012, using the main in- dicators of output scale, citation proportion, activity index (AI) and relative citation impact (RCI) of the paper. The results indicate that "C9" papers increased have slowed down obviously and the papers cited proportion and RCI have increased obviously with the increasing attention to the quality construction of disciplines in the last ten years. The AI of seven disciplines and RCI of ten disciplines in "C9" have more than the world average, and these disciplines grouped mainly on engineering and science are catching up with the world first--class. The overal! level of "C9" disciplines is close to 11 research universities in Ja- pan, but it has an obvious gap compared to the Russell Group and Association of American Universities. Therefore, relevant solutions are suggested in order to improve discipline quality.
