摘要
介绍了一种新型建筑外门窗保温性能检测装置的设计与实现。装置基建设计采用硬泡聚氨酯夹芯板作为热室和冷室内环境的墙壁,采用聚苯乙烯泡沫夹芯板作为外环境墙壁,可现场安装,效果良好;计算机测控系统主要采用现场总线技术,温度、电量采集单元,控制单元、输出单元全采用总线与上位机相连。计算机测控软件采用VB.NET及Access数据库编写,人机界面好,运行可靠。该装置可满足国家标准要求的测控功能,出具实际的门窗传热系数等内容报告。装置可实现全自动检测,具有自诊断功能。该装置已得到应用。
The design and implementation of a new detection device for thermal insulating properties of doors and windows were introduced. The device infrastructure design adopts the rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panel as the internal environment wall of the hot cell and the cold cell and the polystyrene foam board sandwich panel as the external environment wall. It allows field installation and has good effect. Computer measurement and control system is mainly used fieldbus technology which connects the temperature, power acquisition unit, control unit, output unit with the upper computer. Computer measurement and control software was realized by adopting the VB.NET and Access database which has a good human machine interface and reliable operation. The device can meet the required measurement and control function of the national standard, and can report the actual heat transfer coefficient of doors and windows and so on. It can realize automatic detection and has the self-diagnosis function. The device has been applied.
