摘要
本文针对早先研究成功的《D_2EHPA萃铟-丹宁沉锗-A101萃镓工艺》存在的不足之处对在硫酸介质中萃取锗和镓进行了研究。在研究中首次发现了D_2EHPA和YW_(100)^(1))在硫酸介质中对锗和镓具有明显的协同萃取效应,进而又研究了影响协同萃取的诸因素,并据此设计了两个萃取工艺方案。由于锗的反萃取相当困难,本文还着重研究了锗的反萃取,并寻找出了一种高效、无毒、来源广和价廉的反萃剂——AN^(2))为试剂。最终获得了GeO_2精矿或高质量的GeO_2以及纯度为99.99%的金属镓。
It is studied to extract Ge and Ga in H_2SO_4 system directing at the drawback of the process of extracting In with D_2EHPA, precipitating Ge with tannin and extracting Ga with A_(101). For the first time, it was discovered that D_2EHPA and YW_(100) have a synergistic effect on Ge or Ga in H_2SO_4 system. Afterwards, factors af- fecting synergistic extraction on Ge and Ga were studied, On the bases of which, two extraction process schemes were designed. Due to the difficulty in stripping Ge, empha- sis was put on Ge stripping and a highly-efficient, non-toxic, cheap and source-abundant stripping agent--AN reagent has been found. Finally, GeO_2 concentrate or high-quality GeO_2 and Ga of 99.99% purity are obtained.
