摘要
为解决马钢第三炼钢厂转炉除尘污水多年外排造成的环境污染和资源浪费 ,对现有污泥脱水系统进行了改造。改造后转炉污泥完全回收 ,除尘污水做到了闭路循环 ,取得了很好的经济效益和环境效益。
To avoid enviroment pollution and waste of resource in many year' drainage of dedusting sewage from converters,No.3 Steel Mill of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd. Transformed the existing sludge dewatering system. After transformation, converter sludge has been totally recovered and the dedusting sewage is utilized circularly, which have achieved satisfactory economic benefit and enviroment benefit.
