摘要
为研究蝇蛆蛋白替代鱼粉对断奶仔猪生产性能、免疫功能和饲养经济效益的影响,试验选用180头28日龄健康断奶仔猪,随机分为3个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复20头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮.两试验组以蝇蛆蛋白分别替代基础日粮中50%和100%鱼粉。试验期28d。结果表明:断奶后1~14d.与对照组相比,50%蝇蛆蛋白替代组料肉比显著提高(P〈0.05);100%蝇蛆蛋白替代组平均日增重(ADG)降低,料肉比提高(P〈0.05)。断奶后15~28d,与对照组相比,蝇蛆蛋白替代鱼粉对生产性能无显著影响(P〉0.05);但与50%替代组相比,蝇蛆蛋白替代100%鱼粉降低了仔猪平均日增重.提高了料肉比(P〈0.05)。试验全期,各组间仔猪生产性能无显著差异(P〉0.05),但蝇蛆蛋白替代50%鱼粉降低了仔猪腹泻频率,提高了外周血液T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞阳性率(P〈0.05),蝇蛆蛋白替代100%鱼粉降低了腹泻频率,提高了外周血液T淋巴细胞阳性率(P〈0.05).且50%替代组单位增重成本最低。由此可见。蝇蛆蛋白可改善断奶仔猪健康状况,蝇蛆蛋白替代50%鱼粉提高了仔猪生产性能和饲养经济效益。
To investigate the effects of replacement of fishmeal by house-fly-larvae-meal on growth performance,im- munity and economic benefit in weaned piglets,one hundred and eighty 28-day-old weaned piglets were randomly as- signed to 3 groups with 3 replicates of 20 each.Piglets were fed diet with replacement of fish meal by house-fly-larvae- meal at 0%(control group),50% and 100%,respectively.The trial lasted for 28 d.The results showed that:for the first 14 days ,compared with the control group, replacing 50% fish meal by house-fly-larvae-meal increased the feed/gain ra- tion (F/G),in the meantime,replacing 100% fish meal decreased average daily gain(ADG),increased F/G (P 〈 O.05).For the last 14 days, growth performance of piglets fed with house-fiy-larvae-mea~ were similar with those of the contro~ group (P 〉 0.05) ,whereas,piglets of 100% replacement group behaved lower ADG and higher F/G than piglets of 50% replace- ment group (P 〈 0.05).For the whole trial,growth performance was similar among three groups (P 〉 0.05).However diar- rhea frequency of piglets was decreased while positivity of T and B lymph ocyte cell were elevated in 50% replacement groups (P 〈 0.05).Moreover,diarrhea frequency of piglets was lowered and T lymph ocyte cell positive of piglets was ele- vated,when piglets were fed diets with house-fly-larvaemeal.In addition, the cost per gain of 50% replacement group was the lowest.Thus, house-fly-larvae-meal could improve piglet's health, and replacing 50% fish meal by house-fly-larvae- meal could increase growth performance and economic benefit.
