摘要
自2001年起,纽约市高中小型化改革以提高高中教育质量为目标,得以大力推进。纽约市小型高中模式构建主要从学校的管理主权、教学、治理和运作等几方面进行,高中小型化改革的成效主要体现在教学效果、学生表现、学校氛围、组织创新、教育平等几方面。
Aiming to raise the educational quality of the high schools, the high schools'miniaturization has been promoted greatly in New York. The model-forming of it has been fulfilled within management sovereignty, teaching, governance and operation, as reformed the malpractices the comprehensive high schools have. The effec- tiveness of the reform of miniaturizing the high schools mainly shows in improving teaching, bettering the stu- dents'behaviors, innovating school organization and realizing the educational equality.
