摘要
银行国际化的历史悠久,但中国的银行国际化进程却刚刚起步。从国外银行国际化的实际步伐和理论研究来看,银行国际化的过程必须经历几个阶段,并且具有多种实现的途径选择。此外,影响银行国际化的因素众多,抓住关键性的影响因素至关重要。中外学者们对银行国际化的发展阶段及有关途径问题有一些研究,可谓众说纷纭。本文对这些理论进行比较及评析,以期用正确的认识来指导中国的银行改革。
Banking internationalization has a long history, but China＇ s banking internationalization started recently. Consid- ering the real pace and theoretical study of banking internationalization, the process of banking internationalization has to experience a few phases, and it has several path selections. In addition, many factors influence banking internationalization, and it is critical to grasp the key factor. Scholars home and abroad have conducted some researches on the development phases and path problems, but they take divergent viewpoints. This article makes analysis and comparison on these theories so as to direct China＇ s banking reform.
