摘要
本实验选择了较合适的化学成分,采用了变质处理和金属型铸造工艺等措施,并通过热处理制度,从组织和性能出发,研制出了一种新型的中铬铸铁磨球材质。研究了合金元素在中铬铸铁组织中的分布及作用。根据实验结果提出应用前景。
A new type of medium--chromium cast iron ball material has been developed by means of metal casting, mechanical and heat treatment. Proceeding from its microstructure and mechanical properties, the distribution of alloy elements in the medium-chromium cast iron and their effects have been studied. According to experi- mental results, its application prospect is proposed.
