摘要
在B-R缓冲液中,微量Sb(Ⅲ)对桑色素的荧光具有明显的猝灭作用,据此建立了测定微量Sb(Ⅲ)的新方法。当最大激发波长与发射波长分别为417 nm和496 nm时,Sb(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在0.004~0.06 μg/mL范围内与桑色素荧光强度的猝灭值△F呈线性关系,其检出限为9.80×10^-4 μg/mL。对0.02 μg/mLSb(Ⅲ)进行12次平行测定,相对标准偏差为0.31%。方法可用于不同环境水样中微量Sb(Ⅲ)的测定,回收率在98.4%~103.6%之间。
A simple and selective fluorescence quenching method is for the determination of antimony(Ⅲ). The method is based on the fluorescence quenching of morin by antimony(Ⅲ) in the Britton- Robinson buffer solution. The result shows that the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are 417 nm and 496 nm, the fluorescence quenched extent is proportional to the concentration of antimony (Ⅲ) in a range of 0.004 - 0. 06 μg/mL. The limit of detection is 9.80 ~ 10^-4 μg/mL, and the relative standard deviation of twelve replicate measurements is 0.31% for 0.02 μg/mL. A satisfactory result can be achieved with the proposed method to analyze the Sb(Ⅲ) in water samples, and the recoveris are 98.4% - 103.6%.
