摘要 本文针对我国5t/炉还原蒸馏联合设备生产海绵钛工艺中存在的问题,借鉴国外的实践经验,提出了一些改进措施:(1)通过定期排放MgCl_2来维持还原时反应界面的位置相对稳定;(2)通过改进炉子的强制通风散热结构,提高还原时的TiCl_4加料速度,采用适宜的加料制度和温度制度,达到缩短还原周期和改善海绵钛结构的目的;(3)改善蒸馏操作工艺制度,缩短蒸馏周期,提高海绵钛质量。 In this paper, aiming at the existing problems in sponge titanium production by the process combining reduction and distillation with a capacity of 5t/batch in our country and using the practical experience abroad, some measures for improvement are proposed. They are: (1) Periodically discharging MgCl_2 to maintainthe relative stability of the position of reaction interfaces in the retort; (2) By improvement of the forced ventillation structure, increasing TiCl_4 feeding speed in reduction and using appropriate feeding regime and temp. system so as to shorten the reduction cycle and improve the structure of sponge titanium; (3)Improving operational system for distillation to shorten the distillation period and raising the quality of sponge titanium.
