摘要
针对变压器励磁涌流产生的危害,提出了一种变压器软起动的控制方法,通过调整晶闸管触发角的大小来改变变压器的输入端电压,从而降低空载合闸过程中变压器铁心的饱和程度达到减小励磁涌流的目的,使变压器平稳起动。利用MATLAB软件建立了变压器软起动控制系统的通用仿真模型,仿真结果验证了所提控制方法的正确性。在此基础上研制了变压器软起动装置并进行了样机实验,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
According to the harm caused by magnetizing inrush current, a soft starting method for transformer was proposed. By regulating thyristor trigger angle to change the input voltage of transformer, the saturation of the iron core as well as the magnetizing inrush current was decreased, thus, transformer can start smoothly. A common simulation model of soft starting transformer was established by using MATLAB software. The simulation results show the correctness of the method. Furthermore, a prototype of soft starter for transformer is realized and some experiments are carried out. The experiment results validate the correctness of the theoretical analyses.
