Fe-Ga合金电解分离工艺条件的理论选择

摘要 在测定Fe-Ga合金电解过程两极的极化曲线的基础上,采用有限元体系热力学稳定相的确定模型对两极电解过程进行热力学分析,预示了两极稳定相随电解条件而变化的情况,排除了可能使Ga及其它有价或有害元素进入溶液的条件,最后确定了合理工艺参数为NH_4Cl150g/L,Fe^(2+)40g/L,温度60℃,pH5,电流密度200A/m^2。试验结果同理论分析相吻合。 Polarization curves of anode and cathode are measured in electrolysis separation of Fe-Ga alloys. On the basis of the measurement, the electrolysis process of the two electrodes is analyzed by the model used to determine the stable phase of thermodynamics of the finite-element system. It is predicted that the stable phases of the two electrodes are changed with electrolysis conditions. Then the conditions are eliminated under which it is possible to make Ga and other valuable or injurious elements enter the electrolyte. Finally, the reasonable technical parameters are determined as follows: NH_4Cl concn. 150g/L, Fe^(2+) conch. 40g/L, temperature 60℃, pH 5, current density 200A/m^2. The experimental results agree with those from theoretical analysis.
