摘要
根据发生在航天地面设备中的工程实例阐述了液压系统污染的危害。根据航天地面设备液压系统和元件在设计、生产、装配、试验、使用中污染控制的过程及液压行业污染控制的相关经验,针对液压系统及元件的设计、生产、装配、试验及使用过程的污染度控制提出了具体的解决措施和建议。
With several engineering examples which occurred on space ground equipments, the harms of hydraulic system pollution are explained in this paper. According to the pollution control process in space ground equipment and pollution control experiences in hydraulic industry, detailed solutions and suggestions are given aiming at controlling of polluting degree during the design, manufacture, assembling, experimenting and using of hydraulic component and system.
