摘要 从通信工程专业卓越工程师培养着手,借鉴next工程教育理念,提出了崭新的课堂教学方法、教学模式改进方法、学生创新能力培养方法、校企协作计划。从直观、交互、生动三个方面着手,提出崭新的课堂教学方法;提出"平台+模块"化实验平台建设,并提出了相应的课程体系建设思路;针对绝大多数大学生创新能力的培养提出新的思路;并提出三加一的校企合作模式。本文提出的教改方法,对培养学生的综合素质、工程意识、创新能力以及提高学生实践动手能力具有重要意义和推广价值,凸显了我校通信工程专业卓越工程师培养的优势与特色。 By study of the teaching method in communication engineering and application of the next engineering education idea, this paper proposed new teaching methods, students' innovation ability cultivation, school-enterprise cooperation plan, from view of excellent engineer training. This paper proposed the new classroom teaching method from three aspects of vision, interaction, vitality, put forward the "platform + module" experimental platform construction and the thinking of curriculum system construction. This paper put forward the new thought of training for the vast majority of College Students' innovative ability, and put forward three plus one mode school-enterprise cooperation. The method presented in this paper, to cultivate students' comprehensive quality, engineering consciousness, innovation ability, practical ability, has important significance and application value. The advantages and characteristics of our school for communication engineering professional excellence Engineer training is highlighted.
