Innovation of Teaching Model on Course Project of Electrical and Control Majors to Meet Enterprise Demands

服务社会,培养综合素质全面的企业需要的人才是应用型大学的根本目标。借鉴了荷兰同类高校课程设计的经验,在调查了国内大量企业对人才需求的基础上,提出了面向企业需求的电气控制类课程设计创新教学模式。基于与企业的深度合作,提出了一套课程设计创新教学模式的思路,对课程设计的选题、实施过程、考核方法和保障体系做了深入的研究和实践。教学实践表明,该课程设计创新教学模式激发了学生参与积极性和热情,为企业培养"适销对路"的应用型人才。

in applicati vestigatin Serving the society, cultivating good comprehensive quality talents whom enterprises satisfy is the basic goal on-oriented universities. Referring to the experience of course project in Dutch universities and based on g the demands of many domestic enterprises for talents, the course project＇ s innovative teaching model of electrical and control majors was put forward to meet the enterprise demands. Based on the deep cooperation with enterprises, the idea of innovative teaching model was introduced. Also selecting topic, implementation, assessment method and security system of the course project were researched and carried out. Teaching practice indicated that the innovative teaching model of course project inspired the students＇ enthusiasm and passion in study, and it helped to train marketable applied talents for enterprises.
