摘要
走行部是列车的一个重要部件,其状态直接影响列车的运行安全。本文介绍了列车走行部典型故障仿真测试装置的设计原理和方法,介绍了该装置的主要硬件电路设计,以及仿真波形的合成过程,并通过实验验证了典型故障波形的输出结果。该装置的研制为列车故障诊断系统提供了专用的仿真测试设备。仿真仪器基于DSP设计,具有很好的实时性与扩展性能。
Running gear is an important component of trains, its status directly affect the safe operation of trains. This paper introduces a train typical fault simulation test device and which design principles and methods, describing its main hardware and the synthesis process of simulation waveform. Then we measured the output waveform through experiments. It provides dedicated simulation test equipment for fault diagnosis system of the train. It is designed based on DSP, and its performance of real-time and scalability are very well.
