摘要
连铸的普及大大提高了生产效率和铸坯成材率,随着社会各行业的快速发展,对连铸技术的可靠性和钢坯的质量要求越来越高。结晶器液位控制是连铸系统中非常重要的环节之一,提高结晶器液位检测水平又是提高液位控制精度的关键,本文以放射性液位检测系统为例,分析其工作原理及在生产中的实际应用。
the production efficiency and the casting yield, with the rapid development of all sectors of society, the technology of continuous casting billet quality and reliability of the increasingly high demand. The mould level control is one of the important link in continuous casting system, improve the mould level detection level is the key to improve the control precision of liquid level,this paper uses radioactive liquid level detection system as an example, analyses its working principle and the application in the production.
