摘要
本文研究设计了CLY120型露天液压钻车的液压控制系统,系统简单、可靠、经济,首次将二通插装锥阀成功地应用于露天液压钻车的主油路上,取得了较好的经济效果。还自行设计了二通插装阀组,大大减小了液压件的安装尺寸,适应了露天液压钻车的需要。
The hydraulic control system of Type CLY 120 open hydraulic drill wagon has been developed in a simple, reliable and economical design. For the first time, the two-way cartridge cone valve has been successfully applied in the main oil circuit of the control system, resulting in a good economic efficiency. The two-way cone cartridge valve block is so designed that it can greatly reduce the installation size of the hydraulic unit, meeting the requirement for theopen hydraulic drill wagon.
