混凝土中自攻型锚定螺栓的受拉试验研究

摘要 在混凝土后锚固技术中,自攻型锚定螺栓由于其承载力大、成本低、施工效率高,已经受到越来越多的关注。通过对非注胶和注胶自攻型锚定螺栓进行试验,比较了两种情况下锚定螺栓的受拉极限承载力的差别,分析了试验结果以及影响因素,并提出了自攻型锚定螺栓理想情况下锥体受拉承载力标准值的计算公式。 Screw anchors has received more and more attentions in concrete post - installed fastening technol- ogy because of its large capacity, low cost and high construction efficiency. The performances of the injecting and uninjecting screw anchors were investigated by tensile tests. Base on comparative analyses of the test re- sults, the influence factors for the screw anchors were discussed. The calculation method of the concrete cone breakout capacity on screw anchors in the perfect condition was proposed.
